Our Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Fitmanpro. Please review the following terms and conditions that make up our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping

  • Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During periods of high order volume, shipments may be slightly delayed. If a significant delay is expected with your order, we will contact you via email.
  • Fulfillment: Orders are shipped from our fulfillment centers in Arizona, California, or New York. In some cases, an item may be shipped to you directly from the manufacturer.
  • Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO: Fitmanpro ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours. Please note that tracking information is not always provided for small items shipped via standard mail (e.g., stickers, patches) or for some items sent directly from the manufacturer.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Fitmanpro is not responsible for any customs fees or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping, such as tariffs and taxes, are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Lost Items

Fitmanpro is not liable for products that are damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. We recommend saving all packaging materials and damaged goods to assist with your claim.

International Shipping

We currently do not ship outside the U.S., with the exception of certain promotional items as detailed below.

Drop Shipping

If an item is temporarily out of stock, we may arrange for it to be shipped to you directly from the manufacturer. This process typically does not cause additional delays or costs. In the rare event that the manufacturer is also out of stock or has discontinued the product, we will issue a full refund for that item.

Promotion & Clearance Item Shipping

Special promotion and clearance items are often shipped directly from the manufacturer, which affects shipping times.

  • Processing and Delivery: These orders typically take 2-3 days to process. Once shipped, USA orders usually arrive within 7-14 business days, but can take up to 3 weeks.
  • International Delivery: For promotional items eligible for international shipping, Canadian orders may take up to 5 weeks, and other international orders can take 6+ weeks.
  • Multiple Items: If you order more than one promotional item, they may be shipped from different locations and arrive separately.
