Our Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We happily accept returns of any unused and resalable items within 60 days of the purchase date. Whether it’s an issue with sizing, fit, design, or you simply changed your mind, we make returns easy.

How to Initiate a Return

It’s easy to return your items. Simply log into your account to begin the refund process directly from your dashboard. To be eligible for a return, you must be the original purchaser and provide an order number or the email address associated with the account.

Refunds

Refunds are typically processed within 2 business days after we receive and verify the condition of the returned items. Your refund will be issued minus any applicable fees. Please note that items will not be eligible for a refund if they are not in brand new, resalable condition (e.g., worn, washed, dirty, or missing original packaging).

Return Fees

  • No Fee: Returns of unopened products still sealed in their original packaging will not incur any processing or restocking fees. This also applies to exchanges or returns due to an error on our part.
  • 10% Processing Fee: All other returns and cancellations are subject to a 10% processing fee. This includes orders where multiple sizes or colors of the same item were purchased to determine preference, as this practice limits inventory for other customers. This fee covers the cost of replacement packaging and labor required to return the item to a resalable condition.
  • Shipping Costs: The original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund amount.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for all returns. If we provide a return label for your convenience, the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund. For exchanges, the customer is responsible for shipping the original item back to us and for the shipping cost of the new item.

Eligible Items for Return

  • Items purchased within the last 60 days that are in “as new” condition, in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Items cannot be returned if they have been:

  • Worn, washed, or trained in
  • Covered in hair, fur, or lint
  • Stained or have any scent (e.g., deodorant, cologne)
  • Opened, in the case of undergarments, rashguards, grappling spats, protective cups, and mouth guards.
  • Customized with patches or embroidery.
  • Large items such as home roll-out mats and grappling dummies.
  • Final sale items or products discounted by more than 30%.

Exchanges

In most cases, we can process a direct exchange for a different size or style. If the item you want is out of stock, we ask that you return the original product for a refund and place a new order for your desired item.

How to Package Your Return

Please return items in the condition you received them. All products must be placed inside a protective layer (such as the original clear packaging or a new poly bag) before being placed in a shipping box or mailer. Returns sent without this protective inner packaging will not be eligible for a refund, as the item can be damaged during transit.
