What Makes Sublimation Different

Sublimation printing works by turning dye into a gas that bonds directly with polyester fibers. The design becomes part of the fabric itself, so there are no color limits, no per-color charges, and no risk of cracking or peeling.

Fabric Weight

• 140–160 GSM — lightweight to standard athletic poly, ideal for t-shirts and hot-climate wear.
• 180 GSM — heavier, closer to a standard casual t-shirt feel.
• 280 GSM fleece blend — for hoodies, built for warmth and structure.

Sublimation vs. Screen Printing

Sublimation is the better choice for most custom gym apparel, since it never cracks or fades and supports a full-color, all-over design. Screen printing is cheaper up front but limited to a handful of colors and wears down faster.

Design Options

Because sublimation has no per-color pricing, designs can range from a simple front-chest logo to a full all-over pattern. This is also one of the few products where individual customization — a different name or number on each shirt — is practical at scale.

Ordering Process

1. Initial contact — share your gym name, quantity, garment type, and design concept or logo files.
2. Design mockup — a visual mockup within a couple of days.
3. Quote and deposit — an itemized quote and a partial deposit, often 50%.
4. Production — typically two to three weeks.
5. Pre-shipment approval — photos of finished units before shipping.
6. Delivery and inspection — check unit count, sizing, and print quality on arrival.

Care Instructions

• Wash in cold water to preserve color vibrancy.
• Turn the garment inside out before washing.
• Air-dry when possible, or use low heat.
• Skip fabric softener, which reduces moisture-wicking performance.
