Tosh Cook is the founder and head instructor of Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Fresno, holding a black belt under Royce Gracie earned in 2013. His training began in 1997 at the original Gracie Academy in Torrance, and the Fresno school is a Certified Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Training Center.
