Dennis Hayes, co-founder and head Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Judo instructor at Hybrid, earned his black belt in 2008 from Master Pedro Sauer as one of Sauer's first 30 black belts and now holds a 3rd degree. Hybrid has taught BJJ in the Roanoke Valley for 25 years.
