San Francisco Jiu-Jitsu (Denny Prokopos Academy)
Head instructor Denny Prokopos was the first black belt ever promoted by Eddie Bravo in the 10th Planet system and has since won the IBJJF World No-Gi Championship and FILA World Grappling titles. The academy on South Van Ness runs a gi and no-gi program for adults and kids in the heart of San Francisco.
