SOMA Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
Founded in Dayton in 2009 by Professor Matt Strack, who earned his black belt in 2006 from 8th-degree Master Pedro Sauer and now holds 5th-degree rank certified under Grandmaster Relson Gracie. SOMA has since grown into a small regional association with additional locations in Ohio, Indiana and Idaho, teaching curriculum-driven, self-defense-focused Gracie Jiu-Jitsu.
